One of my favorite blogs to read is Brandy Anderson of Fresh Sugar Photography! She is super talented and super interesting! I used to look at her website every single day and study her pictures! She holds somewhat of a celebrity status in my mind…once I went to a photog meet up that she was at, and my friend Kathy of Photolicious Photographycan vouch for this one I went to meet her and literally FROZE in my tracks stood behind Kathy and didn’t say a word then walked away it was as if she was Justin Beiber and I was a 12 year old girl! I recently took a photography course with her and Danna Bowes and now might….might be able to actually speak to her! Brandy posted a “25 things you don’t know about me” on her blog and put it out there for others to do as well….now I don’t think Iam nearly as interesting and I don’t know Blossom but just in case you were wondering here’s 25 things you may not know about me!
1) I had Ella when I was 19.
2) I faked crying when she was born because everyone else was and I thought if I couldn’t muster some tears I wasn’t going to be a very good Mom.
3) I look at the U of C website every morning and hover over applying to the English Program.
4) My mothers parents were teenagers when she was born and my fathers were in their 40′s.
5) When people find out how old I was when I had Ella they always ask if Brock is her dad….for the record, he is!
6) My Mom named Ella, I had another name all picked out….she had a better one.
7) I met my Husband when I was 3 , I hated him until I was 18.
8 ) I was not afraid to fly until I had our son and the first time I flew after having him I begged the flight attendent to let me off 15 min. into the flight.
9) I have written the first paragraph of a book 8 times before erasing it all and walking away
10) I have continued to watch Hannah Montana, Suit Life of Zach and Cody and Wizards of Waverly Place after Ella has gone to bed because I need to see how it ends
11) I was vice president of my junior high
12) I was Cumberlands 110th May Queen
13) If I don’t make my bed in the morning I have to fully make it before I get in at night, even putting the pillows where they would go for the day and then move them when I get in.
14) I am the same weight I was in high school but I wear a different size pants
15) When I go to someones house and its really nicely decorated I get an overwhelming urge to go home and clean
16) I believe in ghosts
17) I can’t read enough books! When I start a book I usually end up not putting it down until its done
18) I have never had my hair grow past my shoulders
20) I make Brock pull the insides out of a Turkey because I am so afraid of putting my hands inside it
21) When I get sad I crave Turkey Pot Pie
22) I don’t really like ice cream
23) Brock and I were a month away from getting married when we cancelled everything, we got married 3 years later
24) I sometimes go back a month in my planner and write in everything we did just in case someone ever looks at it I don’t want them to think we just sit at home all the time.
25) I can’t stand the sound of my own voice so I make Ella talk on our answering machine.
